Introducing My Webcomic Project: Our Home; Eternal
Follow Styx Brooks as he navigates an oppressive city in this superhero tale with Y/A dystopian themes. Coming out in Mid-Late 2026, this passion project of mine will surely show what it will take to rise up in a fallen USA, and who is considered a hero or a villain.
Honestly, I am so excited that the comic has come this far. It is a tale that will be following three twenty-chapter-long arcs that will hold a major mystery around a central character that needs to be solved. What is the source of Styx's power? Who is the leader of Harmonia? Why is this villain delaying a train from coming to town? Well, there is only one way to find out. Although, I must wonder:
Can you figure out the answer to these questions before the characters?
Each chapter will likely be coming out as they are completed, and hopefully the first chapter will be the longest wait. I had to draw the main characters, and now I'm familiarizing myself with drawing cities so that way the comic will look its best. That is not mentioning getting more visual development done such as the set pieces that will appear. There is still a lot of work to do, and development is on a small pause as I am focused on other projects at this time.
But once the train gets rolling, it should go smoothly from there! So, don't forget to get excited and make sure to bring snacks, as the next station is at Kindynos City! Keep an eye out for characters and the setting getting introduced as it gets closer to release. Check out my Bluesky (@dextivestudios.bsky.social) to stay up to date.
