Are the Rumors True? Sekura Western Train Station Agent Chimes in on Who is Onboard

There has been chaos in Kindynos City from both the citizens and supervillains alike as an unprecedented rumor spread through the streets like wildfire. A conductor from the Sekura Train Station has contacted me and confirmed that these rumors are, in fact, true.

As I broadcast live to you right now, a Brooks is on that train and heading to live in our city under the care of esteemed hero the Red Giant after he sustained injuries from an unknown incident.

Styx Brooks, the son of Harmonia’s second-in-command, Glyde Brooks, is said to be spotted with an amethyst wedged in his neck with no safe known methods of removal. There is a reason to believe it is a dangerous artifact previously used in a failed attempt to usurp The Great One from forming our wonderful country centuries ago.

If this is to be believed, then it is likely that Styx is the wielder of immense power that is currently volatile in his hands. It’s best advised to stay away from him and let the Red Giant handle it until further notice is given.

We don’t know how The Great One will handle one of his own elites holding an elicit object, but we must trust that he will be able to handle it with the wisdom and diligence he is known to have.

Now we shall have the Conductor weigh in with his own testimony.

Conductor: I have been running this train because it is one of the only positions where neutrality is acceptable. Criminal, Mundane, Superhero, Soldier? I got them all to where they needed to go. It is against the law to discriminate against who gets a valid ticket, and Harmonia’s Alliance in Transportation has worked hard to ensure it is so, and they continue to fight for anything with wheels to be neutral ground to this very day.

Styx Brooks is safe under my care. I have given him his own private car where the stone can’t harm anyone, nor can anyone harm him. It is an honor to be the one who gets Styx Brooks to where he is going safely even during a transitional time stressful to him.

Reporter: May I talk to him?

Conductor: I’m afraid, for the safety of both him and yourself, that I can’t allow that. He may be more willing to speak with you after he settled down in his new home.

While my associate may not be able to interview Brooks directly at this time, several witnesses can confirm that he is currently safe.

Which, quite frankly, is a bigger miracle than I could ever think to ask for. I’m sure I can speak for all of us when I say I wish him safe travels.

That is the news for today! I will give updates on this story as it progresses, as this is our home.
